Terms of Service

Know what to expect from LinkDolphin. Explore your rights and the terms covering monitoring, billing, subscriptions, and account access.

Effective October 22, 2026
LinkDolphin is a registered trade name of Loyaro Media, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 97911259).

These Terms of Service explain how LinkDolphin works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you. They apply when you create an account, start a trial, or purchase a subscription.

If you have a question about these terms, you can reach us through our contact page.

What LinkDolphin does

LinkDolphin is an online backlink monitoring service. You add websites and backlinks to your account. We check publicly accessible pages for link availability and changes, and show the results in your dashboard. Depending on your settings, we can also send email or Telegram alerts.

Monitoring is a way to spot changes, not a guarantee that a backlink will stay live, remain indexed, or improve your search rankings. We do not create backlinks, control third-party websites, or promise specific SEO results.

Checks, results and alerts

Automatic checks run according to your plan and our monitoring schedule. Manual rechecks are subject to your plan's daily limit. A check can be delayed or return an incomplete result if a website is offline, blocks automated requests, uses anti-bot protection, or responds inconsistently.

We aim to make results useful and accurate, but a failed request does not always mean a link was removed. You should review important changes before taking action. Email and Telegram alerts also depend on external delivery services, so we cannot guarantee instant delivery.

We may apply reasonable technical limits or temporarily reduce checks when needed to protect LinkDolphin or the websites being checked.

Your account

Use accurate registration and billing details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, unless it results from a failure on our part. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only submit URLs and other information you are entitled to use for monitoring. Do not use LinkDolphin to target private systems, bypass access controls, overwhelm websites, distribute malicious content, or interfere with our services or other users.

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or preventing harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

Plans and free trials

Each plan has its own limits for domains, backlinks, checks and other features. The limits and prices shown at signup or checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase. Features and capacity may differ between plans.

New eligible accounts can start with a 14-day free trial. A trial does not require you to purchase a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, monitoring stops when the trial ends. We may limit repeated trials or misuse of trial accounts.

When you move to a paid plan, its billing terms and monitoring limits apply. If you exceed a plan limit, you may need to remove monitored items or change plans before adding more.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in the currency selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Before you confirm payment, Stripe Checkout shows the amount due, applicable taxes and payment details. Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

You can manage billing details and your subscription through the dashboard. Upgrades may take effect during your current billing period and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrades may be scheduled for the next billing period. The final amount and timing are shown during the change process.

If a payment fails, we may retry collection and notify you. Monitoring can be paused if payment is not resolved. Your account and historical data may remain available for a limited recovery period, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription online through the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using the paid service until then, unless access must end earlier for a lawful reason.

An ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund unused time in the current billing period. Any legal right to withdraw, receive a refund or seek another remedy still applies. See our Refund Policy.

Consumer withdrawal rights and refunds

If you buy a subscription as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the start of the paid contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This is different from cancelling future renewals. Legal exceptions apply only when their conditions are met.

If you expressly ask us to start the paid service during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied, but only when the law permits it. Using the dashboard alone does not waive your withdrawal right.

Our Refund Policy explains withdrawal, refunds and your rights when a paid service does not meet legal requirements. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep LinkDolphin reliable and secure, but maintenance, network issues, third-party outages and security incidents can affect availability. We may update features, checks and infrastructure to maintain or improve the service.

If a change materially reduces a paid feature or your ability to use the service, we will provide notice when required and respect any right you have to terminate or seek a remedy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that apply to digital services.

Your data and account closure

You keep any rights you have in the URLs, settings and other information you submit. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

When a trial or subscription ends, monitoring may be paused and your information retained for a limited period before deletion. The current retention periods and your privacy rights are explained in our Privacy Policy. If you need a copy of your monitoring information, please arrange this before your account is deleted.

Our software and content

LinkDolphin, its software, design and branding belong to Loyaro Media or the relevant rights holders. Your subscription gives you permission to use the service for its intended purpose; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

You may not copy or resell our software, misuse our brand, attempt unauthorized access, or deliberately undermine our technical safeguards. This does not restrict rights that applicable law expressly grants you.

Responsibility and liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and in line with our agreement and applicable law. You remain responsible for deciding how to act on monitoring results and for your own relationships with third-party website owners.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for changes made by third-party websites, search ranking outcomes, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability for intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not remove any mandatory protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the applicable rules. We do not require consumers to give up their statutory choice of court.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service, our business or the law. The latest version will appear here with its effective date. For material changes affecting existing customers, we will give reasonable advance notice where required. Changes will not take away rights that you have already acquired or rights protected by law.
