Clear answers about refunds

Refund Policy

Learn how cancellations and refunds work at LinkDolphin. Understand what happens when you cancel and what rights you have as a customer.

Effective October 22, 2026
LinkDolphin is a registered trade name of Loyaro Media, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 97911259).

This policy covers paid LinkDolphin subscriptions. It explains when a payment may be refunded, when it will not be refunded, and how your legal rights apply.

Try before you subscribe

Eligible new accounts get a 14-day free trial. You can explore LinkDolphin without buying a subscription. There is no payment to refund if you only use the free trial.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription in the dashboard under Billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Your current paid period stays available until its end, unless a lawful reason requires access to end sooner.

We do not offer a money-back guarantee. An ordinary cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused days, a change of mind, or a subscription you no longer need. Any refund required by law remains available.

Your right to withdraw

If you subscribe as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering into the paid contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw before the deadline. You can do this by email or through our contact form. The standard EU model withdrawal form is also an option, but is not required.

If you expressly asked for the paid service to begin within those 14 days, a proportionate charge for the service already supplied may apply, but only if the legal requirements have been met. Using your account does not, by itself, end your withdrawal right.

A withdrawal statement sent within the legal deadline is on time, even if we read it later. You can use the contact details below.

If the service does not work as it should

If the paid service does not meet legal requirements, you may have a right to a fix, a price reduction or termination with a refund under the applicable rules. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

Requesting a refund

Contact support@linkdolphin.com or use our contact form. Include your account email and, if you have it, the payment date. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough for a statutory withdrawal; no explanation is needed.

Outside legal entitlements, refunds are considered individually. We may decline a voluntary request, including where a payment covers an active billing period or the service has simply not been used. We may also make an exception at our discretion. This does not affect any statutory remedy.

How refunds are processed

Where the legal withdrawal right applies, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Any lawful proportionate charge for service already supplied may be deducted. Refunds are normally returned using the original payment method, without a refund fee.

Other refunds are processed as agreed or as required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
